Job summary

Carroll Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health, seeks an Emergency Care Tech (CNA) to join the ED team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care under licensed nursing supervision.

Responsibilities include data gathering, vital signs, routine patient care, accurate documentation, and collaboration with nurses to ensure smooth patient flow, safety, and comfort for high-acuity patients.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland CNA License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS).
• 3 years ED experience required.

• Perform routine patient care procedures safely and competently.
• Ensure timely communication and documentation, including reporting significant patient changes to nursing staff.

• Support patient flow through timely admissions, transfers, and discharges, including documentation and removal of IV locks.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to support a positive and efficient care environment.
