Job summary

Carroll Hospital in Westminster, MD, is hiring an Emergency Care Tech (ECT) to support nursing staff with patient care across the lifespan under supervision. This role requires CNA experience and BLS certification.

The ECT will provide multiskilled direct and indirect care, assisting with tasks delegated by licensed nurses and contributing to a compassionate, high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications

• One year of CNA experience required.
• Basic Life Support is required.
• Current Maryland CNA certification (CNA-I or CNA-II) is required.

Summary:
The Emergency Care Tech (ECT) is a member of Emergency Services with primary responsibilities for technical, multiskilled direct and indirect patient care activities. The ECT is assigned to work under the supervision of the licensed nurse who delegates tasks based on patient needs and ECT core competencies. The ECT provides care through all spectrums of the lifespan.

Experience

Licensures & Certifications

• Current Maryland CNA certification (CNA-I or CNA-II)

Pay Range: $20.00 to $27.29 Based On Experience
