Job summary

Folkston Park Care and Rehab is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to work in both short term rehabilitation and long-term care settings.

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the CNA assists in developing and implementing individualized Nursing Care Plans and provides essential personal care and comfort to residents. The role requires completion of a state-approved CNA program, and experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• CNA must have completed a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant program.

Folkston Park Care and Rehab is hiring a CERTIFIED NURSE ASSISTANT (CNA) to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the incumbent Certified Nurse Aide utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing and basic physical assessment skills in the development of and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that the needs of the customers are met. The Certified Nurse Aide performs various customer care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of customers.

Requirements

1. The Certified Nurse Assistant must have successfully completed a State approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program.
2. Experience is preferred in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing
