Job summary

UCP of Maine's Elizabeth Levinson Center is a 14-bed Intermediate Care Facility where caregivers provide care to residents with medical and intellectual disabilities, building meaningful relationships while supporting independence.

The role offers an hourly wage of $19.04–$24.37 based on experience, shift differentials up to $9.00, and a benefits package including health, dental, 401k with employer match, life and disability. Sign-on bonuses: $1,500 for full-time, $750 for part-time.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid State of Maine CNA certification.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Maine driver license is required.
• Blood borne Pathogens training and First Aid/CPR certification.
• Demonstrated ability to support people with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to residents with medical and intellectual disabilities.
• Build meaningful relationships while supporting independence.
• Assist with daily activities and monitor residents' well-being.

The Elizabeth Levinson Center (ELC) is UCP of Maine’s 14 bed Intermediate Care Facility. With low staff to resident ratio's of 2:1 and 3:1, you will have time to build meaningful relationships as you provide the care our residents need. At ELC you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills by not only supporting residents with their medical and intellectual disabilities, but most importantly helping them reach their highest level of independence and potential.

• Hourly wage $19.04 - $24.37 wage, based on experience
• Shift differentials up to $9.00 per hour

• Up to 33 days per year in paid time off at hire
