Job summary

Longwood Community Living Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team in Booneville, Mississippi. The role is full-time with a day shift (6am–2pm). You will provide direct patient care, monitor residents, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant license required and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular direct care rounds to meet residents' daily living needs.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and patients.
• Notify Charge Nurse of any changes in condition.
• Obtain vital signs, weights, and heights as directed by charge nurse.
• Complete required duties and documentation on assignments.
• Prepare for admissions, transfers, and discharges in Transitional Care Unit.

Longwood Community Living Center is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) to join our growing team!

Fulltime | Day-6am to 2pm

Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) duties include but are not limited to:

• Conduct regular direct care rounds on assigned unit to monitor activity and ensure residents needs are met including assisting with activities of daily living


• Maintain positive relationships with the residents/ Patients


• Notify Charge Nurse of any resident/ patient change in condition


• Obtain vital signs, weights, and heights as instructed by charge nurse


• Complete all assigned duties and documentation as required


• Coordinate and prepare for new admissions, transfers, discharge of residents in the Transitional Care Unit


• Maintain safe and clean work area


• Ensure infection prevention and control practices


• Other duties as assigned
