• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff
• Assist with meals and monitor food and fluid intake as needed
• Provide compassionate emotional and social support
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection‑control guidelines
• Accurately document care provided
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals
