Are you looking to become CNA certified? BMNTC is currently seeking candidates for upcoming on-site CNA classes. If selected, you will be employed full-time and eligible for benefits. During the course, the work schedule will typically be Monday through Friday, daytime hours, 40 hours per week. Employees will participate in classroom instruction, in-service training, on-the-job training, job shadowing and clinicals. The state testing for CNA certification is included in the course at no charge to the employee. Continued employment is contingent upon successfully completing the Nurse Aide-I program and obtaining certification as a Nurse Aide.
The CNA I is the primary person responsible for the implementation of individual care plans.

Black Mountain Neuro-Medical Treatment Center is one of three state operated facilities serving adults with chronic and complex medical conditions that co-exist with neurodevelopmental or neurocognitive disorders often related to a diagnosis of severe and persistent mental illness or intellectual disability. The health and physical status of these residents require 24-hour supervision, daily nursing care, and assistance with activities of daily living.

KSA Terms
Basic Knowledge– implies familiarity with the basic principles and terminology of a field to work effectively in a limited range of work situations.

ELIGIBILITY FOR SIGN-ON BONUS
Qualified applicants must be selected from the candidate pool of this posting and meet the State policy following requirements:
