The Certified Nursing Assistant II (CNA II) plays a critical role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to children with critical needs. Under the supervision of licensed nurses, the CNA II directly assists with daily care activities, clinical tasks, and administrative responsibilities, ensuring the safety, health, and dignity of the individuals supported. This position requires a deep sense of empathy, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to effectively support nursing staff and contribute to a positive care environment. By adhering to the scope of practice defined by the North Carolina Board of Nursing, the CNA II delivers essential care services, helping to improve the quality of life for the individuals and families served.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
