Job summary

The Park at Belle Harbour in Bellevue, WA is seeking a skilled CNA to join our Resident Services team. This role offers $23–$25/hour based on experience and both full-time and part-time opportunities, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

You will assist residents with activities of daily living, support meaningful interaction, and help maintain a safe, comfortable living environment. WA CNA certification is required; new grads are welcome.

Qualifications

• Current CNA in Washington State (WA).
• NARs/EAs/RAs/HCAs require extra training/test before CNA rate.
• CPR/First-Aid certification as needed per policy/regulations.
• Drug-free with post-hire and routine screenings.
• Pass criminal background check as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, mobility.
• Engage residents in conversation, socialization, and activities while providing care.
• Respond promptly to care requests and obtain assistance as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for residents.
• Uphold resident rights at all times.
• Observe health changes and notify a licensed nurse as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

You pride yourself in providing exceptional hospitality and personal aide. This role delivers in a safe and efficient manner the highest quality individualized assistance program to all residents.

What you'll do:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care assistance.
• Responds to all resident needs and/or requests for care promptly, and provides or obtains assistance with care as necessary.
• Keep the environment safe and clean for residents.
• Observe and uphold resident rights at all times.
• Observe residents for changes in physical, emotional, mental, or behavioral condition, unusual symptoms, accidents, injuries, or unusual occurrences, and report promptly to a licensed nurse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) in Washington State.
• NARs, EAs, RAs, and/or HCAs will need additional training and testing prior to working and earning the same rate as a CNA.
• Must have ability to gain CPR/ First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations.
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.
