Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. The CNA provides routine daily nursing care to assigned patients, including bathing, feeding, grooming and toileting while following Life Care standards.

We offer a sign-on bonus of $5,000 and shifts on Saturdays through Monday, 7A–7P. Join a multidisciplinary team committed to quality patient care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State.
• One year geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Deliver direct care (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting).
• Follow all applicable laws, regulations and Life Care standards.
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant action.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Maintain professional relationships with all associates and vendors.

Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year geriatric nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
