Responsibilities:

Certified Nursing Assistants play a vital role in fostering a warm, supportive environment prioritizing residents' well-being. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and creating a homelike atmosphere that values dignity, respect, and individualized attention.

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Collaborate with nursing and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Assist during mealtimes, ensuring proper nutrition and dietary needs
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional health

Requirements:
