Responsibilities:

Certified Nursing Assistants play a vital role in fostering a warm, supportive environment where residents' well-being is prioritized. Your duties include assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and creating a homelike atmosphere that values dignity, respect, and individualized attention.

  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Collaborate with nursing and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Support mobility through transferring and repositioning
  • Help during mealtimes, ensuring proper nutrition and dietary needs
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional health

Requirements:

  • Valid CNA certification in Indiana
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and assisting with mobility
  • Passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence
