Responsibilities

• Provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the patient's care plan.
• Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients, conducive to safety policies, procedures and state/federal guidelines and regulations.
• Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of patients per established policies & procedures.
• Identify, document and report changes in the conditions of residents to the supervisor.
