Job summary

Outfield Healthcare Partners in Texas is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our compassionate team. This full-time role includes 6AM-2PM, 2PM-10PM, and 10PM-6AM shifts and focuses on resident-centered care backed by trust, communication, and teamwork.

You will perform rounds, verify resident identities, assist with daily living tasks, and ensure a clean, safe environment. We offer competitive wages, raises and bonuses to dedicated caregivers.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Texas.
• 6 months of experience in Skilled Nursing preferred.
• Full-time role with competitive wages and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties as assigned and in accordance with facility’s established policies and procedures, nursing care procedures and safety rules and regulations.
• Make resident rounds at the beginning of each shift and every two hours thereafter to administer quality nursing care.
• Verify the identification of a resident before administering nursing care or serving food, to assure that appropriate care is being provided to the correct resident.
• Report missing ID bands to admission coordinator immediately.
• Make beds, clean bedside and overbed tables.
• Assure that water pitchers are cleaned, filled with fresh drinking water and within the resident’s reach.
