Job summary

Outfield Healthcare Partners in St. Charles, MO is hiring entry-level CNAs to join our caring team in a Full-Time role with all shifts available. If you’re dependable, compassionate, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you!

You’ll assist residents with daily activities, work closely with nurses, and follow safety guidelines to keep residents safe and comfortable. No long-term care experience required; MO CNA certification and CPR/BLS are required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of Missouri.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Reliable, caring, and team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care.
• Help keep residents comfortable, safe, and supported.
• Make routine resident rounds and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain clean and organized resident areas.
• Work closely with nurses and the care team.
• Follow safety guidelines and facility procedures.
