BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) to support clients in Canton, MA; Foxborough, Sharon, Easton and nearby areas. Join a committed team delivering compassionate home care. Flexible scheduling, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and supportive supervision are provided.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of experience or hold an HHA/CNA license. This role offers opportunities across multiple nearby locations with a patient-centered approach and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience OR current HHA or CNA license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide light housekeeping and grooming.
• Assist with bathing and toileting.
• MonitorVital signs and report changes promptly.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers.
• Administer medications as directed and provide reminders.

Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:

• Minimum one year work experience OR
• Current HHA or CNA license

Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides:

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
