You will provide hands-on care and companionship that supports residents in living safely, comfortably, and with dignity. The role emphasizes teamwork, ADL support, and reporting changes to care plans, with training and advancement opportunities in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CNA certification or Medication Aide certification is a plus, but not required in some cases depending on role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care, support, and companionship to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with individualized care plans.
