The Ashleigh at Lansdowne, operated by RUI, is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our resort-style senior living community. You will provide hands-on support, companionship, and daily living assistance to residents, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and engaged.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA or Medication Aide certification is a plus, but not required.
• Compassion, patience, and a strong desire to make a difference in residents' lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) according to care plans.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to support care plan updates.
• Encourage participation in community programs and social activities.
• Support a safe, comfortable, and dignified living environment for all residents.
• Work closely with the care team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
