We are looking for a skilled and patient-focused CNA to work with our rehabilitation patients, providing high-quality care and support in our 7a-3p shift. As a CNA at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in the daily lives of our residents, assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities. Your passion for delivering outstanding patient care and strong communication skills will enable you to build meaningful relationships with our patients and their families.
Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
Assist with mobility and transfers, including use of equipment such as wheelchairs and stretchers
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including toileting, bed-making, and disposing of trash
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Document patient care and vital signs accurately and timely

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
