Job summary

DeBary Health & Rehabilitation Center in Florida is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist residents with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and support mobility while ensuring dignity and comfort. The role supports a compassionate care environment across full-time shifts (7a-3p and 3p-11p) and part-time weekend coverage.

Ideal candidates hold a current CNA certification and a high school diploma (or equivalent), with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain energy

• Current CNA certification and high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude.
• Experience in long‑term care or acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and document vital signs accurately.
• Provide mobility support and maintain clean, safe resident areas.
• Report changes in condition to the healthcare team promptly.
