Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for the 7a-3p shift. You will provide direct patient care, assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and help with mobility to support residents in a rehabilitation and skilled nursing setting.

The ideal candidate has Florida CNA certification, communicates effectively with patients and staff, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including ADLs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using equipment like wheelchairs and stretchers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including toileting and bed-making.
• Collaborate with the care team to implement individualized plans.
• Document patient care and vital signs accurately and timely.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and patient-focused CNA to work with our rehabilitation patients, providing high-quality care and support in our 7a-3p shift. As a CNA at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in the daily lives of our residents, assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities. Your passion for delivering outstanding patient care and strong communication skills will enable you to build meaningful relationships with our patients and their families.

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
