Allaire Health Services, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care at our Troy, PA facility located at 15900 US-6. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health status, and maintain a clean, safe environment in accordance with infection control protocols.

Ideal candidates are PA-certified CNAs with strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting, and dedicated to delivering high-quality care

Qualifications

• Must be currently certified as a CNA in Pennsylvania.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff and other healthcare professionals

• Assist with vital signs and other clinical tasks as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
