Pay Range: $16.00/hr - $20.00/hr (based on skills and experience)

Job Summary: The Certified Nursing Assistant performs nursing procedures and patient care tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Provides personal hygiene and daily living assistance, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and ambulating patients.
• Provides water and nourishment between meals.
• Administers enemas, dressings, and other therapeutic treatments.
• Checks vital signs, performs urine testing, and collects specimens.
• Works effectively as part of the care team and assists in orienting new staff.
• Maintains a professional appearance and reports patient observations to nurses.
• May perform additional tasks with proper training and approval.

Requirements:

• High school diploma preferred.
• Completion of nursing assistant course or equivalent.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment nursing assistant test.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged standing and walking.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
