Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and support to patients in a compassionate team setting. You will perform bathing, feeding, grooming and toileting while adhering to all regulations and Life Care standards.

The role emphasizes independent decision-making, strong patient service, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. A CNA license and CPR are required, with a sign-on bonus and a new wage scale for full-time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Active CNA license in good standing.
• 1 year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required by hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Deliver direct care including bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
