Available Shifts

• Part-time and Full-time Mid Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Part-time and Full-time Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Essential Functions

• Provide personal care ensuring safety and comfort
• Assess and treat wounds, including pressure ulcers and skin breakdowns
• Evaluate residents upon admission and document changes
• Manage pain assessment and education for residents and families
• Interpret test results and act accordingly
• Promote resident independence
• Communicate resident status during shift handovers
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and report equipment issues
• Lead as a team member and role model
• Follow abuse prevention policies
• Notify physicians of condition changes and implement orders
• Respond decisively in emergencies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification
