Job summary

Elevate Care Chicago North is hiring certified nursing assistants (CNAs) to deliver high-quality resident care in a supportive environment. You will provide direct assistance with daily living activities, monitor residents, and collaborate with nursing staff to maintain safety and comfort.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide Direct Resident Care – Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor & Report Changes – Observe residents’ conditions and report any concerns to nurses.
• Ensure Comfort & Safety – Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Engage with Residents – Offer companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Follow Care Plans – Work alongside nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver excellent care.
