Elevate Care South Holland is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and provide high-quality care to residents in a supportive environment.

We welcome compassionate individuals with strong communication and teamwork skills, ready to work in a fast-paced setting. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts are available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Active CNA Certification (State-approved).
• Compassionate & patient-focused mindset.
• Strong communication & teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide Direct Resident Care – assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor & report changes – observe residents' conditions and report concerns to nurses.
• Ensure comfort & safety – maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Engage with residents – offer companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Follow care plans – work with nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
