Job summary

Elevate Care Waukegan is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate team and deliver high-quality care to residents in a supportive setting.

The role focuses on direct resident care, vigilant observation, and collaboration with nurses to ensure comfort, safety, and wellbeing. We welcome experienced CNAs and those new to the field eager to grow through training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (State-approved).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including daily living activities.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nurses.

• Follow care plans and coordinate with nurses and healthcare professionals.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide Direct Resident Care – Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor & Report Changes – Observe residents' conditions and report any concerns to nurses.
