Job summary

Springfield Skilled Care Center in Missouri seeks compassionate CNAs to join our caring team. You will assist residents with daily activities, personal care, and routine monitoring, contributing to a high quality of life for our residents.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time eligibility, shift differentials, PTO after 30 days, and a range of benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k). FT/PT opportunities available, with a supportive team environment.

• Valid Missouri CNA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
• Assists residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair and incontinence care.
• Obtains food trays and assists residents with feeding.
• Assists resident with range of motion exercises.
• Provides for personal care and comfort.
• Movement to wheelchair or activity areas.
• Assists residents with ambulation for short distances in facility.
• Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates.
• Provides direct and indirect resident care services.
• Meets the communication needs of resident and family.
• Communicates changes in residents’ clinical condition to nursing team.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
