Job summary

Ozark Care and Rehab is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team in Missouri. We offer a full range of shifts from 6:30am–7:00pm and 6:30pm–7:00am, with competitive pay based on experience and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying full-time staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs
• Assists residents with grooming, hygiene, bathing, and incontinence care
• Obtains food trays and assists residents with feeding
• Assists with range of motion and mobility
• Performs vital signs and records readings as directed
• Provides direct and indirect resident care and communicates changes to the nursing team
• Supports residents with daily activities and ensures comfort

Essential FunctionsofCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA):

• Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs
• Assists residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair and incontinence care
• Obtains food trays and assists residents with feeding
• Assists resident with range of motion exercises
• Provides for personal care and comfort
• Movement to wheelchair or activity areas
• Assists residents with ambulation for short distance in facility
• Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed
• Provides direct and indirect resident care services
• Meets the communication needs of resident and family
• Communicates to nursing team changes in residents’ clinical condition
• Performs other tasks as assigned
