Nightingale Arkadelphia is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The CNA will provide high-quality care to residents, assist with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and support a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing staff.
