Cantex Continuing Care Network is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Skilled Nursing at Prairie Estates in Frisco, TX. This full-time role involves providing routine nurse aide care under patient care plans and supporting residents toward independence within safety guidelines.

You will document and report any changes in residents’ conditions to supervisors, ensuring compliance with state/federal regulations. A $1,500 incentive bonus is offered as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications:

• As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan.
• Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients conducive to the safety Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of Patients per established policies & procedures.
• Identify, document and report changes in conditions of resident to the supervisor.

Requirements:

Active TX Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) License
