Cantex is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team in Dallas. You will deliver direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and follow individualized care plans to support patient outcomes in a safe, infection-controlled environment.

Entry requires CNA certification, ability to lift and transfer patients safely, and strong teamwork with a patient-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients safely.
• Read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using safe lifting techniques.
• Monitor, observe, and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Accurately document patient care and daily activities in accordance with regulations.
• Support and follow individualized care plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment.
• Ensure medical equipment and devices are clean, charged, and functioning properly.
• Participate in shift handoffs, team communication, and ongoing training.
• Follow all state, federal, and facility policies and procedures.
• Promote patient dignity, independence, and safety at all times.
