Responsibilities

• Monitor, observe, and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Accurately document patient care and daily activities in accordance with regulations.
• Support and follow individualized care plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment; ensure medical equipment is clean, charged, and functioning properly.
• Participate in shift handoffs, team communication, and ongoing training.
• Follow all state, federal, and facility policies and procedures.
• Promote patient dignity, independence, and safety at all times.
