Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately document patient care and daily activities according to regulations.
• Support and follow individualized care plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, infection-controlled environment.
• Ensure medical equipment and devices are clean, charged, and functioning properly.
• Participate in shift handoffs and team communication.
