Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
  • Current registration/licensure in the applicable State, maintained in good standing
  • Preferred: One (1) year skilled nursing experience
  • CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current
