Job summary

Park View Rehabilitation Center in Sac City, Iowa is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join a friendly, caring team. You will help residents with daily living activities, monitor health conditions, and ensure a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have an unencumbered State of Iowa CNA certificate or an Iowa-accredited CNA certificate.
• CNA experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Be the front line of the clinical department delivering Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report them to the nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe environment and document care and observations.
• Support residents' education, comfort, and wellbeing.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of Iowa Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, Prior Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA experience is preferable.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA. you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Park View Rehabilitation Center by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
