Westview Care Center in Iowa is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our friendly, caring and supportive team for weekend and PRN on-call or part-time shifts. You will provide activities of daily living, monitor residents, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered State of Iowa CNA certificate.
• Experience providing ADL assistance preferred.
• Ability to monitor residents and report changes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) for residents.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment.
• Assist with mobility, hygiene, feeding, and daily routines as needed.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of Iowa Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, Prior Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA experience is preferable.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA. you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Westview Care Center by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
