WesleyLife's Fieldstone of DeWitt in DeWitt, IA is seeking a compassionate CNA to support residents’ daily living, health monitoring, and well-being. You will assist with bathing, grooming, medication passing, and provide companionship in a caring, respectful environment.

This full-time or part-time role offers opportunities to participate in recreational activities, uphold infection control, and collaborate with the care team to enhance residents' quality of life.

About the Role: CNA

As a CNA, you’ll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Fieldstone in DeWitt.

As a CNA, You Will

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and passing medications.
• Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment.
• Conduct routine health monitoring, such as checking vital signs and administering medications.
• Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.

Open Shifts Available

• 1st shift (6:00am- 2:30pm) Full-Time and Part-Time
