Job summary

Santa Rosa Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is hiring multiple Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time roles in the Pensacola area. We offer daily pay, walk-in interviews, and multiple shifts: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Join a compassionate team delivering long-term care and rehabilitation services to residents. Requirements include a valid CNA license in the state of practice, English proficiency, and the ability to work well with others.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant license in the state of practice.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Care for multiple residents and observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse with treatments and examinations.
• Support restorative and rehab care under supervision.

Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Main Duties and Critical Tasks:

• Care for multiple residents in the facility. Observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision.
• Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
• Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Required Education and Experience:
• Current and validCertified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) license in the state of practice and employment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
