Minimum pay - $21.78. Maximum pay - $25.02.

**Placement within the wage range is based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to perform essential functions.**

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide hygiene and oral care according to the plan of care.
• Assist residents with dressing and grooming as needed.
• Bathe residents respecting privacy, dignity, and safety.
• Record temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Keep residents’ rooms neat and organized.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State and maintain certification.
• Meet state and federal requirements, including 12 hours of in-service education.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
• Recent education or clinical hours are required.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Pass criminal background, reference checks, and vaccine requirements or have valid exemptions.
• Participation in COVID-19 testing may be required depending on site-specific regulations.
