Job summary

Woodstock Valley Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our care team in Woodstock. This full-time role offers morning, evening, and night shifts to support residents with daily living activities.

New hires may receive a $2,500 sign-on bonus with options for shift differential up to $3.50 per hour. We provide health benefits, a 401(k), paid time off, and opportunities for growth within senior care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Applicant must be at least 18 years old.
• Must hold an active CNA certification valid in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on care to residents to maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meals.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
• Follow all care standards, policies, and regulations.
• Contribute to a positive, team-centered environment.

What You'll Do

As a CNA, you will provide direct, hands-on care that helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meals
• Supporting residents with compassion, respect, and professionalism
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
• Following all applicable care standards, policies, and regulations
• Contributing to a positive, team-centered environment
