Qualifications

• Active Maryland CNA Certification.
• CPR and First Aid certifications current.
• Reliable transportation to/from shifts.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude.
• Physical ability to assist with client transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs like blood pressure, temperature and pulse.
• Provide safe mobility and help with transfers.
• Prepare and serve meals per dietary needs.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable client homes.
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisors.
