Job summary

Garden Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Willow Grove, PA is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to support our nursing team. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PEOPLE! Full Time & Part Time schedules available.

Shifts: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am. We are a 173-bed facility offering long-term care and short-term stay, dedicated to excellence in care through a compassionate, team‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care setting preferred but not required
• Ability to provide compassionate daily living assistance
• Strong communication with residents and nursing team

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Monitor weight, vitals, input/output as directed
• Record observations and report changes to the nursing team
• Document actions by completing forms and logs
• Support the care plan and resident comfort
• Contribute to a safe, respectful, resident-centered environment

The responsibilities & duties:

• Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our residents' main care giver by providing necessary support for all activities of daily living

• Maintain patient stability: monitor weight and vitals as well as input and output and administer tests

• Communicate any observations in change of resident's status to the nursing team

• Document actions by completing forms, reports, and logs
