Job summary

Garden Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Willow Grove, PA, seeks compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our long-term and short-term care team. Full-time and part-time shifts available (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am) to support a busy, resident-centered environment.

As part of our nursing team, you will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vitals, document care, and communicate changes to the team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PA CNA license at hire.
• Experience in long-term care settings a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a nursing team.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Monitor weight and vitals, document inputs/outputs and tests as required.
• Communicate observations and changes in resident status to the nursing team.
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, and logs.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our residents' main care giver by providing necessary support for all activities of daily living
• Maintain patient stability: monitor weight and vitals as well as input and output and administer tests
• Communicate any observations in change of resident's status to the nursing team
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, and logs
