Garden Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Willow Grove, PA is seeking compassionate CNAs to support our nursing team. No experience necessary, as we train the right people. We offer full- and part-time schedules with shifts from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am.

We are a 173-bed facility focused on long-term and short-term care. Successful candidates will be patient, team-oriented, and dedicated to person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Looking for caring CNAs with the ability to support daily living activities.
• Must have strong communication with residents and nursing staff.
• Demonstrates patience and teamwork in a fast-paced long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living for residents.
• Monitor weight, vitals, input/output; assist with tests if needed.
• Document actions in forms, reports, and logs.
• Communicate changes in resident status to the nursing team.

The responsibilities & duties:

• Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our residents' main care giver by providing necessary support for all activities of daily living

• Maintain patient stability: monitor weight and vitals as well as input and output and administer tests

• Communicate any observations in change of resident's status to the nursing team

• Document actions by completing forms, reports, and logs
