Job summary

Garden Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Willow Grove, PA is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our long-term care team. Full-time and part-time schedules are available with shifts from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am.

You will provide essential daily living assistance, monitor residents' well-being, and communicate observations to the nursing team. A PA CNA license is required upon hire, and we value teamwork and person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a CNA license in the state of PA upon hire.
• Experience in the long term care setting or drive to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Patient team players with the ability to adapt to change.
• Effective communication with residents and nursing team.
• Embrace person-centered care to meet each resident's needs and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main caregiver for residents by providing necessary support for activities of daily living.
• Monitor weight, vitals, input/output, and administer tests to maintain patient stability.
• Communicate observations of changes in resident status to the nursing team.
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, and logs.
