Medicalodges is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide direct care to residents in a supportive setting. You will assist with daily activities, monitor residents’ conditions, and document observations to maintain high-quality care.

This role requires compassionate interaction with residents and effective communication with the care team. Responsibilities include recording vitals, following care plans, and ensuring accurate electronic documentation, contributing to a safe and respectful living

Formación

• Current nurse aide certification in good standing in the state where the facility is located.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
• Basic computer skills for documentation.
• Demonstrates patience and empathy in daily resident care.

Responsabilidades

• Provides assistance with activities of daily living per individualized care plans (turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing).
• Observes and records changes in residents' condition and reports to licensed nurse.
• Completes required documentation in the electronic clinical record.
• Obtains and reports vital signs and weights as assigned.
