Medicalodges in Coffeyville, KS is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide to provide direct resident care and assist with activities of daily living to ensure quality care.

You will observe residents, report changes to the licensed nurse, and complete documentation in the electronic clinical record, while obtaining and reporting vital signs as assigned. We operate as a 100% employee-owned organization emphasizing empathetic teamwork.

Formación

• Certified nurse aide in good standing in the state where the facility is located.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Patient and empathetic care demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with activities of daily living per the individualized plan of care (turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing).
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse.
• Complete required documentation in the electronic clinical record.
• Obtain and report vital signs and weights on residents as assigned.
