Job summary

Bella Terra Wheeling is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to join our compassionate, skilled team. As the frontline of our Clinical Department, you will assist residents with daily activities, monitor changes in condition, and help maintain a safe, caring environment that supports residents’ well-being.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered Illinois CNA certificate.
• Prior CNA experience preferred.
• Completion of an Illinois CNA training course is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform Activities of Daily Living for residents.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report promptly.
• Maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.
• Support residents with dignity and quality of care as part of the clinical team.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of Illinois Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA training course. Prior Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA. you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Bella Terra Wheeling by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education.
